Refund policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must notify us within three (3) days of the delivery date.
- Excuses like "the parcel was unboxed late" will not be entertained.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase and photo evidence of the incorrect item must be provided.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will have five (5) days from the date of approval to return the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly update you on the results and the next steps.
