Why can’t I find the product in your website anymore?

For easy browsing and shopping, all sold out items will be removed from our website.

How accurate is the size measurement provided?

Please allow 1-3 cm differs due to manual measurement in our products.

Why am I unable to use your coupon code?

You will need to sign in to our website in order for it to work because each e-voucher can only be used once per user.


We only accept payment via FPX Online Banking and E-Wallet via iPay88, PayPal, Debit Card / Credit Card.


How long does it normally takes to ship out once payment has been made?

We will ship out your item(s) within two (2) to four (4) working days after your payment is cleared. Tracking number will be sent via email.

Do you offer self pick-up service?

Yes! Self pick-up service is availabe in Johor. 

The self pick-up arrangements will be updated weekly on the checkout page. You may select your preferred date & time during our business hours.



Can I cancel confirmed order that has been placed?

We are sorry that any confirmed order made can’t be cancel nor refund.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address in my order?
