Returns & Exchange

We do not accept return or exchange for orders that has been made unless you received incorrect or faulty item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchange item is only allowed once.

Your exchange request will only be reviewed if you contact us within two (2) days of receiving it. Excuses like "the parcel was unboxed late" will not be entertained.

If your request is approved, you have five (5) days from the date of approval to return the item. Once we received your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received it. 

After inspecting the item, we will promptly notify you of its status. Then, we will arrange for the item to be exchanged and delivered to you by courier service. Return shipping fee (exclude any customs duties or taxes) will be covered by us on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Exchange products are only valid for normal priced items. This excludes orders placed during pop-up events, promotional priced or voucher, gift card and custom designs.
